In this new role as Quality Control Operations Engineering Specialist, you can look forward to a wide area of responsibilities within operations, optimization, projects, and supporting team leaders, to name a few.

How you will make an impact

Recently, we have merged two of our site laboratories, and to support the development and to ensure execution of our business plans, we are searching for a Quality Control Operations Engineering Specialist. In this role you will be a part of the Lab Management Team and refer to the Head of AFI Production Lab.

Supporting the Head of Production Lab, your goal is to ensure high quality and safety in the daily operations, just as you as a colleague will contribute to making sure that we remain an attractive workplace where team spirit is highly valued.

As such, you will be expected to

• Ensure efficient and stable processes with emphasis on quality, EHS, sustainability and economy
• Complete optimization projects, create/review described processes, prepare business cases
• Resolve, report and escalate quality issues regarding the operations as appropriate
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support Team leaders in continuous optimization and development opportunities in daily operations

What will make you successful

We imagine that the ideal candidate has several years of experience within food, ingredients or pharma production as well as QEHS or laboratory experience and analytical competences. Your educational background could eventually be Process Technician, Engineer, Master of Science or equivalent.
