Innovative Project Manager

You will be part of our Building & Construction department. With your project management skills, you will have the opportunity to ensure that our supplies are modern, our solutions are "smart," and we meet Arla's sustainability goals. You will be responsible for projects from the idea phase to the final implementation. Your tasks will include:

•            Energy and supply projects according to the master plan and strategy.

•            Responsibility for investment projects from idea to completed installations.

•            Collaboration and technical support to R&D, production, and maintenance departments.

•            Specification of the right solutions for supply systems or processing plants, as we have high requirements for energy-efficient and safe solutions.

Who are you?

You have an educational background within mechanical engineering or a similar field. You have some knowledge of electrical and machinery installation projects. You may have some years of experience – if not, we are willing to provide you with lots of valuable onboarding and learning.

We expect you to be independent and responsible, with a preference for working in a structured and systematic manner. Through your curiosity and proactive nature, you have the ability to ac-quire knowledge to enhance the quality of energy and supply projects, improve safety, develop your project participants, and the work environment. You unleash your ideas to achieve the best possible results, taking AFI's energy goals to new heights. Therefore, you have good com-munication skills and can collaborate effortlessly with customers, users, suppliers, and col-leagues at different organizational levels. You thrive in a job where you have many collaborators and concurrent tasks. Your focus and overview are on delivering investment projects on time.

Additionally, you are proficient in written and spoken English.
