Your colleagues are innovative product developers that are experienced in protein science, process technology and project management. How you will make an impact

As a Laboratory Technician in our Ideation and Laboratory Team, you will work with product and process development in down-scaled model systems. You will collaborate with scientists to support the ideation and new product development activities of the business. You will provide the data and knowledge to support our ideas and enable us to make decisions about new processes and possibilities. Some of your key day to day responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with scientists to coordinate and plan experiments in the new product development laboratory
• Writing protocols, performing experiments, analyzing data and concluding on results
• Maintaining stocks of laboratory supplies and ensuring that equipment is functional including equipment calibrations and coordination of maintenance
• Developing and introducing new methods, processes, and equipment

What will make you successful

We imagine that the ideal candidate is a Laboratory Technician with experience from similar positions in the industry or from academic positions. Preferably, you have worked with protein purification or process chromatography and filtration and related laboratory-scale equipment.

You will most likely be a cultural fit if you are collaborative, and it comes naturally to you to share knowledge and discuss ideas and problems with your colleagues. You are proactive in building positive relations even across teams, and you will contribute to the positive and motivated environment of the team. The job will require you to work with many different technologies and projects, and we expect that you thrive and are hands-on while learning about new equipment and new methods.
