HR Business Partner - Arla Foods Ingredients, Videbæk

Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) is an independent company within the Arla Foods Group, consisting of a little over 1,700 colleagues globally.  We are founded on a sustainability mindset and have successfully managed to turn whey, a former waste product, into new nutritional and functional ingredients for human consumption.


In AFI we want to continue our strong contribution to ensure  more natural, functional and sustainable nutrition. To support our ambitious business strategy, we are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Business Partner.


The new HR Business Partner will be supporting our two production sites “Danmark Protein” and “Arinco Dairy” and drive the HR Processes according to the HR annual activities and you will also locally drive selected focus areas such as initiatives to nurture a strong company culture, development and attraction activities, team wellbeing sessions based on the “Engagement survey” and in general support activities needed to meet the future requirements.


The essentials in our HR Strategy covers culture, diversity and inclusion, leadership and development, employer branding and recruitment. Within these areas you can expect to team up with the Sr HR Business Partner for our Supply Chain Operations, and transform and execute our HR Strategy into concrete initiatives and deployable activities on our production sites.


More specifically, your responsibilities include:


  • Drive and execute the HR Processes according to plan
  • Participate in transforming strategic initiatives into concrete projects/activities
  • Participate in delivering the projects, ensure and take part in execution and take actions according to stay on track
  • Close collaboration with the leadership teams at the production sites and with the HR community on deliverables.


Experience in leading project, HR knowledge and strong interpersonal skills


You hold a Master’s degree within Human Resource Management, psychology, Business Admin or an equivalent discipline, and you have at least three years of experience in working with HR and organisations, including experience in facilitating annual processes and driving strategic HR projects.


You have a lot of drive and energy and a proven track record of creating results. You have the skills to be a strong and structured project lead, ensuring solid and timely execution – and you have a keen interest for organisation, business and people, and you are able to build strong and trusted relations with many stakeholders


You have a curious and collaborative nature and can easily communicate with as well leadership teams as specialists on the shop floor.
