How you will make an impact

As Sales supporter for Sport & Health Nutrition, you will be part of our fastest growing Strategic Business Unit ‘Performance Nutrition’ based in AFI headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.

In the Performance Nutrition team we develop, document, market and sell specialized ingredients for global customers within the sport & health segments.

Your position will involve setting direction towards different functions internally as well as nurturing a strong network of customers externally together with the account team.

You can look forward to the following responsibilities:

• Support the account managers in needed customer transactions
• Provide insights on order status and forecast
• Follow-up on payment status & credit exposure
• Create and maintain customer master data and gather documentation for customer registration
• Register customer complaints in CRM and monitor progress
• Prepare & Support &customer visits together with account managers
• Ad hoc preparation on input for various internal and external meetings
• Uses QEHS self-service to provide information to sales and customers
• CRM super user
• Support Performance Nutrition Management team

Educational background/ experience

We imagine that the right candidate has an education at vocational level, preferably with experience with B2B customer management.

Knowledge gained through formal education with limited experience or relevant experience (5+ years) as e.g. Sales supporter gained in a commercial environment.

You work structured and manage your time efficiently and enjoy taking in challenges in your daily work with colleagues.

In addition you are proficient in verbal and written English and comfortable working in an international environment where English is the preferred language.

The position requires physical presence in our headquarters in Viby, Aarhus.
