Trainer, Product Lifecycle Management, Temporary - Aarhus

If so, this position might be something for you. The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Project in Aarhus is looking for a trainer to support the roll-out of our Product Lifecycle Management system 3DX.

The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Project is about how we best manage our products through their lifecycle. By implementing PLM we are providing Arla with one source of truth product data, improving the way we collaborate across functions and optimizing ways of working and processes. This project has an impact on many Arla employees.


You will be a part of the Business Change Management team, we are responsible for the training, roll-out and communication to our stakeholders.  Your assignments will be in our trainer team consisting of 2 trainers and a training coordinator. Your main tasks will include training of new users, creation of new modules, development of supporting training material and training of new functionalities that we will roll-out throughout 2021. PLM is developed agile and that means that we will have new functionalities rolled out to all our existing users – who will than need training on how to use this functionality in the system.


Product Lifecycle Management has an impact on many Arla employees, this includes colleagues from our dairies and colleagues from our offices. Some are impacted greatly and currently get 2 days of training, while others are impacted lightly and benefit from our E-learning module and supporting user guides.


We currently train on Teams and have been doing virtual training throughout 2020 – and we have learned a lot. When possible we would love to return to training in a classroom, but for now we count on virtual trainings. This is why we also are making more use of extended user guides – providing help at hand when needed and this is something we would like to grow in.  


Flair for teaching others


We are looking for a candidate with a teaching gene combined with experience from supporting the roll-out of a global system or platform, preferably an IT system. You bring experience from other trainer positions or you have a great passion to develop in this area. You can keep an overview in a hectic day, while you work independently and goal oriented. You are a born communicator – also in English.


The position is full-time, the Product Lifecycle Management project will run until the beginning of 2022 and therefore the position is temporary until end of February 2022. Apart from PLM we have 7 more projects within our Train with possibility to start there when PLM has ended.
