Supply Planning Manager (1-Year Maternity Cover), Arla - Aarhus

How you will make an impact?

In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for planning at our export terminal in Vejle and for the cheese category in Denmark. Your focus is on the customer while optimizing our supply chain all the way from customer to warehouse and production. You'll need to be passionate about finding solutions, engaging your team, and improving processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure top-notch delivery service to our customers.
• Secure happy and high performing team members.
• Use forecasts, order production, and transportation to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Enhance planning skills and efficiency with an ambitious mindset.

You'll be the bridge between sales, production sites, and warehouses, so understanding stakeholders' needs is key. Quick decision-making in complex situations is essential. Your strong communication skills and ability to challenge the status quo will drive improvements.

What We Offer?
