Supply Planner Specialist (12 months maternity cover) - Aarhus

How you will make an impact

As a Supply Planning Specialist, your  top priority is to succeed with a good delivery service for our customers, while optimizing the global supply chain. Based on forecasts, you will order production to secure that we achieve stock levels that contribute to a high delivery service to customers and minimizes wastage of finished goods. You will contribute to identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the supply planning function.

The tasks/responsibility areas will be:

• Delivery on operational plans
• Optimization of end to end process to secure high service and low waste with in-depth root cause analysis
• Analyze and follow up on relevant KPI’s
• Solve complex issues in the field between commercial and supply chain and lead a proactive dialog

You will be part of Logistics organization in Denmark, be based on Sønderhøj 46, where you will meet a lot of great colleagues every day. Please note this is a temporary role, maternity cover, but we always try and help our colleagues to find their next right role, if it is not within Supply Planning.

What will make you successful

The ideal candidate should have an ambitious mindset, strong analytical skills, and a flair for stakeholder management. You will be the link between sales, customer service, other planning functions, production sites and warehouses and therefore your understanding of stakeholders’ needs is essential. These qualities will enable you to excel in the role by making data-driven decisions, effectively managing stakeholders, and navigating the complexities of the supply planning process.

Further, you have a relevant bachelor or masters degree, maybe you have some years of experience either from a  full-time or part time position. But most important is your mindset and the person that follows.
