How will you make an impact

You will work in Performance Management, a part of Finance, Legal, IT & Strategy, in a position, where you will drive our internal learning framework, the Finance Academy, for employees in Finance. You will be working closely with members of our Finance Executive Team responsible for the overall content of the academy as well as with many other stakeholders hosting the learning sessions.  A part of the Finance Academy is offering three monthly learning sessions, which you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating. Further, you will be involved in ad-hoc assignments within the broader Group Performance Management team.

You will be:

• Influencing and co-developing the learning activities offered in Finance
• Driving the administrative part of the internal learning framework
• Responsible for meeting facilitation and communication to various stakeholders
• Responsible for the Finance Academy SharePoint site
• Creating presentation materials
• Involved in ad hoc tasks in Group Performance Management

What will make you successful?

We are looking for a creative and proactive person, who is enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree. You are flexible and able to work approximately 10-15 hours per week.
We expect, you:

• Will be studying for at least the coming 2 years
• Have a high degree of autonomy, drive and energy
• Are structured and have a keen eye for the detail
• Have an interest in developing and driving learning concepts within finance
• Are fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
