About the job

We are looking for an a student assistant to join our Danish Logistics Finance team based in our Viby office. In this role, you will support our team of 4 Business Partners on ad-hoc financial tasks, analysis and projects across the Supply Chain Finance department. Tasks will vary, but you can expect to take part in:

• Performing monthly variance analysis
• Supporting and improving the financial forecasting process
• Creating new insights and analysis on cost drivers
• Establishing ways of working when new global financial tools are implemented
• Support on selected monthly recurring tasks
   

Who are you? 

As a person you are eager to learn new things and have a genuine interest for numbers,

business and people. You enjoy having a good time at work with colleagues while at the same time performing under pressure and in relation to sometimes tight deadlines. Other important qualities for success in the role are proactiveness, analytical and problem-solving skills and structure. Furthermore, the ideal candidate:

• Studies an economic degree at the University/Business School and preferably will be finishing your bachelor’s degree or having started you master’s degree
• Is fluent in English and Scandinavian proficiency is a recommendation
• Is well-rounded within the Microsoft Office package
• Has experience with Analysis for Office and Power Query. This is an advantage, but not a requirement
