Student Assistant International Commercial Operations - Aarhus

How will you make an impact?

You will join the International Commercial Operations Team, working with 3 passionate marketeers, where we enable our Marketing teams across our international markets (Middle-East & North Africa, South-east Asia, Rest Of World, North America, China, West Africa). Our department is responsible for setting the strategic direction & securing our innovation pipelines are on track. In addition we have the brand ownership of the Arla brand in cheese for the international markets. Last but not least we take pride in solving obstacles for our markets, so they can prioritize frontline execution.

 

As our Student Assistant, you will support us with our innovation tracking and with packaging design coordination for Cheese.  More specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Analyzing data for our innovation pipeline review, and create presentation materials for our quarterly reviews
  • Support our innovation projects by ensuring documentation is filed and updated in our project planner tool
  • Be responsible for enhancing data quality in Power BI in relation to innovation tracking

 

  • Owning, updating and enrichen our Master file overview for our upcoming cheese design change
  • Supporting project lead in execution phase of the design change. Coordination with markets, design agency and product management. Tracking and reporting of project status
  • Other ad hoc tasks

 

What will make you successful?

  • You are in your last year of your Bachelor degree and about to start your Masters in business studies/administration, Marketing,  IT, supply chain, project management or equivalent
  • You have had your first working experience, in an internship or as student assistant
  • Analytical skills: You are able to collect, analyse and present data to support decision-making processes.
  • You have a flair and understanding of working with brands to deliver growth
  • You are proactive, always thinking ahead with a longer term planning horizon
  • Stakeholder management: You enjoy communication with many different people and can navigate a broad stakeholder landscape to achieve common goals
  • You are fluent in English both written and spoken- additional language is a plus

 

Ideally, you are a cheese lover as well.

 

What do we offer?

We expect you to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, allowing for a good balance between studies and work. Your daily manager and team will be working in a hybrid model. We expect that you will be in the office at least once a week, in coordination with the team.

 

Ideally we would like you to start in June
