Then you might be the perfect match for this Legal Student Assistant position in our Legal Intellectual Property & Legal Operations team located in Aarhus.

How will you make an impact?
Our new student assistant will be cooperating closely with our IP Legal Counsels and ensuring excellent legal processes on a wide variety of tasks.

Your tasks will include:

Reviewing and drafting contracts, such as confidentiality contracts, material transfer contracts, collaboration contracts, etc.
Giving feedback and guidance to relevant stakeholders in respect of such contracts
Driving smaller internal projects with a focus on developing and improving legal digital processes
Assisting our Legal Operations team on various tasks, including implementation and improvement of our digital legal workspace
Creating guidelines and training materials
General contract administration and filing
Ad hoc assistance on various IP and patent matters and digitalization matters.

You can work independently, accurately, and efficiently within agreed deadlines. Furthermore, you are service minded, analytical, and obtain the ability to pay attention to the details while maintaining sight of the bigger picture.

We assume that you:

Are a law student, ideally in the 3rd year of a bachelor’s degree or has just initiated a master’s degree; this position is relevant for both stud.jur and stud.HA(jur.)
Possess strong English skills in both written and spoken.
Are a ‘digital native‘ – both in terms of cooperation and communication.
Preferred but not a requirement, that you have experience from a similar position either in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Are able to work approx. 10-15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies.
