Student Assistant , Arla IT - Aarhus

In Arla IT, we are constantly on a transformation journey to improve our ways of working, to maximize the value we create for our farmer-owners.  As a Student Assistant, you will become part of this journey and play a key role in the daily activities.


About the job

You will be a part of the Members release train within IT Solutions department. You will have a supportive role in an agile team and have a close collaboration with various stakeholders including project managers, scrum masters and program managers etc.


Your tasks will be:

    • Create distributions lists
    • Create PowerPoint material
    • Work in Excel for different purposes
    • Order accesses and equipment ad licenses – and the follow up on this process
    • Assist on Service order process for external consultants
    • Support on scrum team task boards maintenance
    • Assist on documentation tasks in the team

Further, this position gives you an opportunity to develop your skills within IT configurations on either Salesforce or Azure integrations, if you find this area interesting.


Who are you?

Furthermore, we assume that you:

  • Are structured, conscientious, process oriented and persistent in your way of working
  • Have experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint – basic IT
  • Have knowledge on IT processes – for instance scrum is an advantage but not a must. 
  • Have knowledge about VSTS/Azure DevOps  - is an advantage but not a must
  • Speak and write English and preferably Danish as well
  • Will be studying for at least 2 more years – please indicate on your CV when you expect to graduate from your final education.
  • Will be able to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies.

Please note, that it is a requirement to be enrolled in a study programme in Denmark.
