Student Assistant, Supply Chain Planning - Aarhus

How will you make an impact?

You will become part of a highly skilled team in Supply Chain Planning and be located in Arla HQ in Aarhus.

Being a part of Supply Chain Planning will teach you a lot of the planning process in Arla and how to balance supply and demand in one of the largest dairy companies worldwide.

Primary tasks in the job:

• Packaging planning in SAP
• Scrap overviews to all markets
• Cooperation with different internal stakeholder
• Contact with suppliers
• Ad hoc analysis to support the team
• Secure continuous improvement in planning tools to improve daily work
• Prepare material and data for meetings

What will make you successful?

You have a passion for Supply Chain Management and get motivated by solving imbalances in supply and demand in a structured way.

• You are currently studying in the first semester of your Master’s degree in Cand.merc or another relevant education matching the profile we are looking for.
• You have an analytical skillset and is service minded.
• You are a skillful communicator who thrives in an environment with multiple stakeholders.
• You are self-driven and get motivated by continuously improvement.

It is not required, but an advantage to have some experience Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and SAP.

The position is framed to be 15 hours in average per week. There will be some flexibility around placement of hours and place to work.
