Student Assistant, Marketing Activation - Aarhus

Are you ready to test your skills in a diversified and high performance environment? This is your chance to learn more about marketing as you work hands on with communication and events. This is your chance to get to work with several of key marketing disciplines in one of the biggest marketing departments in Denmark.

We are looking for a new student assistant to support our activation of the Arla Brand. You will work with different types of events such as farm- and food-events and with the educational material Arla Food Movers.

How will you make an impact

As our new student assistant, you will take on a broad role. In general, there will be tasks within brand communication and project management of event-elements and communication with a wide range of external partners, agencies and stakeholders. In particular, you will:

• Use your digital savvy to work with social media, web content, asset management system and other digital platforms.
• Help out with and participate in events, from ordering products to coordinating with agencies.
• Take part of legal approval processes.
• Coordinate production.
• Produce copy and other content for web landing pages or print productions.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks.

Not only should you be curious of mind, you should also be ready to work in an ambitious environment where the agenda might look different when you turn up for work the next time. To succeed, you do not hold back when it comes to reaching out to colleagues for assistance - if that is what it takes to solve a challenge.

Further, we assume that:

• You have a “can do” attitude - no task is too big or small for you.
• You reach out with confidence
• You have strong communication skills, fluent in Danish and English
• You are detail-oriented and have an eye for graphic layout and a digital approach.
• You are proactive as you ensure things are on track and on time.
• You have an analytical approach and a commercial mindset.
• You are willing to learn.
• You will be studying for at least 2 more years – please indicate on your CV when you expect to graduate from your final education
• You will be able to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies
