How you will make an impact
As our new student assistant in the Global People Development team, you will be working with exciting tasks in relation to our graduate programmes.
You will play an important role in the administration and organization of various tasks. You will take lead on the organization of training weeks, support and develop communication initiatives, prepare presentations, reviews and agendas. Furthermore you will be part of all graduate training weeks, which takes place in Denmark, abroad or online. Among other things, you will:
- Plan and organize graduate training weeks, including invitation of speakers, preparing training materials and pre-reads, and arranging venues, accommodations, and logistics for participants.
- Gather and analyze feedback from training weeks and rotations to improve future initiatives.
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as managing invoices and planning and sharing internal communications.
What will make you successful?
We assume that you are studying a Bachelor/Master, and that you will be studying for approx. two more years. We are open for various educational backgrounds but imagine that you are studying Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Communication, or similar.
Furthermore we expect that you:
- Demonstrate project management and organizational skills
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally, with various stakeholders.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint in particular).

What do we offer?
Joining our Global People Development team you will be based in our main Headquarter in Aarhus and we expect you to work approx. 2 days a week - in some periods days will be moved around, as participation during training weeks is essential.
