Student Assistant, Global Product Management - Aarhus

How you will make an impact

As our new Student Assistant, you will support the Global Product Management team in coordinating the launch of new products, handling packaging changes, support execution of projects and keeping our tools and systems up to date. In this role you will be working closely with our product manager and product manager assistants, as well as contacts at dairies and other global Arla functions.

Your responsibilities can entail:

• Support on continuously updating our databases and registering data in SAP
• Support on project execution – coordination, presentations, concrete activities
• Support maintenance of tools and templates
• Support on artwork management system and process
• Ordering samples and handling ad hoc tasks

What will make you successful

To succeed in this role, you combine strong academic skills with a structured and proactive mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by supporting colleagues and seeing tasks through to completion. We imagine that you:

• Have at least three years of studies left, finishing your bachelor’s degree and/or about to start your Master’s degree (e.g. Logistics & Supply Chain Management or Marketing Management).
• Have solid IT skills, especially Office (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
• Work in an analytical and systematic way with great attention to detail
• Can keep an overview and work independently even when things get busy
• Communicate clearly in both Danish and English
