How you will make an impact

You will join our Global Head of Change Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion in the Corporate HR team, which sits right beneath our CHRO. We are part of an International HR team supporting the leaders in Arla Foods, and you will get the opportunity to work with both Danish and international colleagues.

 

Your main focus will be to support us in implementing Arla’s Change Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion strategy. You will work closely with many important stakeholders along the HR value chain and in the business, which is a great opportunity to get to know many facets of global HR management. Among others, your tasks will include:

  • Analysing HR data and translate them into actionable initiatives and/or storylines
  • Support the development of Arla’s global initiatives across Change Leadership & DEI
  • Support the establishment of a new Change CoE
  • Support the implementation of our Change & DEI projects globally
  • Support on creating visual presentation material
  • Admin and coordination of workshops
  • Support on stakeholder management across broad parts of Arla Foods.

 

What will make you successful?

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who are proactive, with a high degree of autonomy and drive while being able to pay attention to details. Having a personal interest for the field of HR, D&I and change leadership is a huge advantage.

 

Experience in dealing with people and a confident demeanor are soft skills that we are looking for. Further we expect that:

  • You have an interest in data analysis (qualitative as well as quantitative).
  • You have a can-do mindset and love to see when things you have helped build come alive.
  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme.
  • You possess fluent English skills - both written and spoken.
  • Your skills within Microsoft Office are high, and you master the use of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You are able to work approx. 15 hours a week with flexibility with placement and number of hours in exam periods.

We work according to The Power of the Mix, meaning that we are part time in the office and part time work from home. This means, that you will be able to work from home on some days, however, you must be able to be in the office if the project at hand demands it.
