Student Assistant, E2E Planning - Viby

If so, this position might be something for you. The E2E Planning Programme is looking for a student assistant to support us with our communication.

Join our E2E Planning Team

The E2E Planning program is about transforming the way we do planning in Arla in order to be able to meet current and future demands from our customers, have an efficient planning flow and reduce waste. You will be a part of the E2E Planning Programme Team, we are responsible for the transformation of Arla Foods planning capabilities – Organization, Processes, systems and data. Your role will be to support the team in various communication and engagement areas and your tasks will be within;

• Communication, supporting communication activities on our platforms (SharePoint, Viva engage, e-mail etc) to keep our stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Developing and introducing new ways to capture our stakeholders attention and to get them engaged
• Ad hoc tasks such as documentation  of workshops, preparation of engagement sessions, creation of power point presentations….

What will make you successful

You are a born communicator – also in English. Preferably you have experience in working with PowerPoint and SharePoint. You must be curious and innovative. You are used to juggling different projects while keeping your stakeholders informed. You can keep an overview in a hectic day, while you work independently and goal oriented. You are a quick learner.

The position is based in Viby J, Aarhus, Denmark and is 10 - 15 hours per week
