Student Assistant, Digitalization & Product Data Excellence - Aarhus

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is about step-changing the way we manage our products throughout their lifecycle. It is about integrating people, processes, data, and systems to ensure that we can meet current and future demands from our customers and consumers.

In the Digitalization & Product Data Excellence team, we are anchoring our PLM set-up in Arla and we are looking for a Student Assistant with interest in processes, data and IT systems to join the team.

How will you make an impact?

As our Student Assistant, you will be supporting the Process Consultants in the team. In close collaboration with your colleagues, your primary tasks will be:

·     Creating and updating process flows and user guides

·     Providing system enhancement support

·     Enhancing learning materials on our learning library  

·     Providing user support through our PLM mailbox

·     Performing user surveys & analysis of output

·     Securing approval flow for new users of our IT solutions  

·     Contributing to the creation of reports and presentations

You are eager to learn and enjoy challenges. You are fast in understanding ways of working, have flair for data and  IT systems and are eager to learn the connection between processes, data and systems across our value chain.

Moreover, we expect that you:

·       You are doing your bachelor degree or just having started your master’s degree

·       Have solid communication skills in English both written and spoken 

·       Are proficient in using Microsoft Office software, including advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.

The position is based in Viby J, Aarhus, Denmark and will be 15 hours per week.
