How you will make an impact

As our Student Assistant, you will help us set and maintain a high standard of governance in a commercial organization by connecting strategy to practice, delivering training, implementing pragmatic solutions, and mapping best-practice ways of working across the entire commercial organization.

Your responsibilities can include:

• Assisting in identifying commercial processes by analyzing existing materials and gathering input from stakeholders
• Participating in meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs) to interview, clarify, and co-create process descriptions
• Mapping and documenting work processes for commercial roles, including developing detailed process descriptions step-by-step for our process library
• Supporting the design and creation of training materials based on finalized processes
• Contributing to feedback loops and continuous improvement by gathering input and updating documentation/training accordingly
  
  

What will make you successful

As a person we see you are proactive and looking for opportunities to support as this is a core value in the team. You are comfortable with multiple deadlines a the same time and are able to keep a keen eye for details, wanting to deliver visually compelling and easy-to-understand slide presentations.

Experience is not a requirement but we expect you to have a flair for structure and overview, and that you are eager to learn and develop your professional toolbox.

We expect you to be:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and that you have approximately two years left of your studies.
• Possess solid Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint/PowerApp is a plus.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
