Student Assistant, Business Development, Commercial Sustainability & Business Partnering - Aarhus

Are you ready to kickstart your career in an international company? Then grab this opportunity, as we’re looking for a student assistant to join Arla’s Commercial Sustainability & Business Partnering (CSBP) team where we set direction, lead key initiatives and drive delivery across our commercial sustainability agenda in Europe and beyond. 

How will you make an impact

As our Student Assistant, you will join a hands-on and dedicated team that develops and delivers sustainability initiatives that connect strategy to commercial action. From scaling FarmAhead™ Customer Partnership, managing commercial sustainability data, to driving nature-focused initiatives, we ensure sustainability is embedded across the business. 

Your responsibilities can include:

• Project support to sustainability business development managers and business partners in the team incl. project timeline management, ad hoc analysis and desktop research
• Support  in creating an engaged sustainability community across markets and strengthen capability building
• Ad hoc support in development of PowerPoint presentations incl. decks for customer presentations, internal presentations, and blueprint update of FarmAhead™ Customer Partnership reports
• Maintain Sustainability SharePoint site and keep documents up to date
• Support colleagues with filling in sustainability questionnaires from customers
• Contribute to our high performance team culture where collaboration, ambition, curiosity and positivity go hand in hand.

What will make you successful

We imagine you are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have approximately two years left of your studies. Experience is not a requirement but we expect you to be passionate about sustainability and eager to learn and develop your professional toolbox.

We expect you to:

• Be proactive, with a “can-do” attitude and a structured and analytical approach to tasks
• Have a collaborative and pragmatic approach—and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across the business
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills
• Have a keen eye for detail with experience in creating visually compelling and easy-to-understand slide presentations
• Have excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written.
