Specialist - Service Delivery Management, End-to-end Planning (SAP APO/IBP) - Aarhus

As a Specialist - Service Delivery Management, you'll become part of our international team based in Viby, Poland, and the UK. We handle IT support for ongoing Supply Chain & Planning applications and collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements. In your role as Service Delivery Manager for SAP APO & IBP, you'll maintain a close connection with the business, IT project teams in the Planning ART, and your support team, serving as their reliable partner and point of contact.

How you will make an impact

As a Specialist - Service Delivery Management for SAP APO/IBP, you will play a pivotal role in managing the working relationship between the Arla support organization, application users, and vendors to ensure optimal support and maintenance of solutions, enabling efficient business operations. You will focus on improving support processes and monitoring license and other costs while collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize service improvements. You will serve as a partner and go-to person for the business, fostering a close relationship.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring accurate information in tickets (Change/Demand Requests) and coordinating enhancements with business and vendors.
• Maximizing the use of existing standard/template solutions and optimizing processes for operational efficiency.
• Monitoring vendor performance in resolving incidents, defects, and service requests, ensuring delivery dates and prerequisites are met according to the service transition process.
• Supporting Business and IT Solutions with various APO/IBP-related tasks and collaborating with Agile Release Trains’ counterparts for solution knowledge and project updates.
• Acting as the primary contact for support vendors, overseeing their obligations, contributing to budget and forecast, and supporting IT specialists with hands-on technical assistance.
• Facilitating communication with a large community of planning professionals across Arla, bridging IT with PlanningART and IT Operations alongside business stakeholders.

What will make you successful

To succeed in this position, we imagine that:

• You have a relevant bachelor or master’s degree.
• You either have 2-3 years of experience as a planner and are curious about getting to know the IT side of APO/IBP and the Arla IT organisation. Alternatively, you have 2+ years of experience in a Service Delivery Manager role or similar position and want to learn more about planning.
• It’s an advantage to have experience with SAP APO and knowledge of production planning in ECC, recipes, and Masterdata.
• You are open and communicate effortlessly with all levels of stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills in English, enabling you to form relationships across cultures and functions and interact effortlessly with stakeholders at all levels. Effective cooperation with business, vendors, and other teams is essential. A keen attention to detail and structure combined with excellent organizational skills are crucial. Patience and persistence are necessary for navigating diverse environments.
