We are looking for a skilled Solution Consultant to join our team - Agriculture, Sustainability and Communication (ASC) Agile Release Train (ART). We focus on delivering IT solutions to our business function and Arla farmers, which empowers them to advance sustainable practices while enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

How you will make an impact

As a Solution Consultant focused on Sustainability domain, you will work with complex tasks and a variety of projects. You will assess and understand diverse business needs, while demonstrating strong analytical skills and solution insight. You will be responsible for executing data analysis, presenting ideas and solutions, and interacting with business and IT stakeholders across all Arla organization. You will work closely with Solution and Data Architects, Data Scientists and Engineers and business Subject Matter Experts in the Sustainability Area.

By leveraging the power of data, you will directly impact our sustainability initiatives and contribute to the creation of innovative, data-driven solutions that promote sustainable practices.

Besides, your role will be responsible for:

• Understand and translate business needs into IT requirements.
• Investigate data quality issues and provide solutions for improvement.
• Communicate IT solutions to business stakeholders and assist in integrating them into current and new business processes.
• Provide clarifications and additional analysis, review IT solutions and assist in testing to ensure high-quality output that meets business needs and requirements.
• Contribute to and review IT solution documentation.

Professionally, it is expected that you have experience in data analysis to independently investigate data, provide solution options, and make recommendations. The ideal candidate is outgoing, comfortable engaging with stakeholders, and possess excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with both business and technical teams. With a critical thinking mindset, you challenge norms and thoughtfully address business needs. A structured approach to problem-solving and data analysis is essential, along with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks. You are likewise proficient in writing documentation and requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding.
