You will become part of the Information Security Team, reporting to the Global CISO. Our mission is to protect those Information assets that will ensure the highest value for our farmers' milk while creating opportunities for their growth.  

As a Senior Specialist – Information Security you will provide advice on IT Security across Arla.

You will also ensure technical roadmaps drive the delivery of the needed security capabilities  .

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain IT and OT Security architectures to ensure stability, resilience and flexibility:

- Network, platform and cloud security architecture

- 3rd party integration security architecture

- Application security architecture & coding standards

• Develop and maintain security architectural roadmaps, including innovation, that drive security investments in the IT portfolio
• Collaborate with other architects and IT Trains to ensure that security standards are incorporated early in the evolution / design.

Essentials Skills and Qualifications: 

This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Requirements:

-                EDR, SIEM, SOAR,

-                Strong knowledge of AD & Azure AD

-                Experience with ERP systems (SAP Preferred)

-                Understanding of the differences between IT & OT

-                Zero Trust Network solutions and implementations

Other Requirements:

-                Project Management skills, both in Waterfall and/or Agile (SAFe)

-                Understanding the business in a holistic way

Preferred Skills/ It is a strong plus if you have: 

-                Capacity of negotiation

-                Being assertive when discussing  with other areas

-                Team player
