How you will make an impact
You will set a continuously direction for IT Change Management Area within Arla IT, and make sure that IT application and infrastructure changes are introduced in a controlled – yet efficient and agile manner. We are about to implement new change models within ServiceNow and you will play a central role to make the implementation successful. You will also be supporting IT colleagues, and lead our CM duty roster during business hours and conduct monthly drops You will drive the continuous improvement (CSI) meetings with the primary stakeholders. In addition, you also hold the responsibility for our periodic audits to ensure compliance and lead our Change Advisory Board Meetings. Further, your responsibility will involve:
- Ensure that changes are scheduled without conflict and/or implemented as part of a scheduled service window
- Facilitate that IT change requests and follow processes prior to the deployment into the production environment
- Daily support of our change management policy, process procedures and tools, including training and communication
- Ensure that the total impact of the change is reviewed, and all necessary actions are in place
- Support the overall continuous improvement of our processes with IT Operations

You possess strong verbal and written communication skills enabling you to communicate with external business contacts and colleagues at all organizational levels while maintaining a positive service-oriented attitude.
Moreover, you have a strong eye for details and a high degree of flexibility, allowing you to detect and adapt to sudden changes in a hectic project environment. You are highly self-driven and able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. Furthermore, the ideal candidate:
- Has 3-5 years of experience with IT Change Management Processes
- Has experience with ITIL in general preferable both ITIL3 and ITIL4
- English language skills at business level
- Is open to limited travel between Gdansk and Viby office
