Senior Solution Consultant, Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) - Aarhus

Would you like to be a key player in developing and implementing innovative SAP concepts for our global logistics and warehousing solutions?

Right now, we offer an exciting opportunity to join our agile IT department – a position where you’ll get to dive into SAP EWM,  delivering global warehouse solutions.

“Your new colleagues are highly competent architects, scrum masters and SAP experts, and you’ll get to collaborate across teams and departments globally,”

says Senior Manager Ane Marie Hedehus Jensen.

About the job

At our HQ in Aarhus, you’ll join our IT Solutions department in our Global Warehouse and Distribution programme. We’re an agile release train, responsible for developing and deploying applications within our global logistics processes covering both inbound, outbound and internal warehousing processes.

Our main focus is on SAP EWM/TM, digitalisation and 3rd party logistics integrations and we’re currently in the progress of standardising solutions across our European markets. This includes planning of SAP S/4HANA transformation. We use SAFe as framework, work in self-governed teams and we design, build and deliver IT systems and business improvements for our key markets across Arla.

As our new solution consultant, you will:

  • Develop template solutions including the configuration, test and documentation
  • Design solutions in SAP EWM including planning and execution of logistics outbound processes from our dairies, to our distribution centers and to our customers.
  • Work closely with team members across our business and IT to roll out and implement the solutions, simultaneously creating and developing key relationships with our logistics business

“Our goal is to standardize and create transparency in our cost structures and of course ensuring that we deliver our dairy products to our customers on time in full. And you’ll play an important role in achieving this,”

says Ane Marie.

Who are you?

We can make this position suit different profiles. You’re most likely an experienced SAP EWM consultant, or perhaps you’re a super-user from the logistics and warehouse management area looking to further strengthen your career within IT.

Alternatively, you could be a new graduate in Logistics & Supply Chain Management who can bring strong academic insights into these areas.

If you think this could be you, don’t hesitate to apply and discuss it further with us.

Regardless of your profile, you:

  • Have a profound interest in the technical aspects of SAP and you have the ability to convert business needs into sound SAP solutions
  • Bring an analytical mind and would like to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Might know agile methods and the SAFe framework, but it is no requirement – we will give you the necessary training
  • Have the flexibility to travel around 10-30 days a year to partake in implementation projects at our global sites and factories
  • Speak and write English effortlessly, which enables you to communicate with both IT and business stakeholders, tailoring your language accordingly.

What do we offer?

We’re committed to professional development and promoting from within. Our positive and collaborative culture will bring out the best in you. And you’ll join a market leader who produces nutritious household-favourite brands in a way that makes things better for our customers, the farmers who own us, and the whole world.
