Senior Solution Consultant, Planning ART - Aarhus

The ART works with SAP solutions as well as related advanced analytics solutions in order to optimize the utilization of our key raw material, the milk, and meet customer demands” explains IT Director, Michael Fiil.

How you will make an impact

In the role as Senior Solution Consultant, you will own the detailed site scheduling solution (ePPDS) and liaison closely with SAP IBP (OBP). In short, you will take lead in inspiring our company to take Site Scheduling to the next level, and validate business requirements and solution designs.

You will have the responsibility for designing the ePPDS template in a way that it can be utilized across Arla Foods 60+ different production sites. You will collaborate with the architects of other domains to ensure consistency in the solution and driving end-to-end improvements. You will be the key partner to the business solution owner and help utilize the core of the solution to improve business performance. You will likewise set direction for the team of consultants, including internal and external colleagues, who will build and develop the Site Scheduling (ePPDS) solution.

Moreover, you will:

• Develop target architecture and technical guidelines for the solution
• Design future templates for site scheduling with sparring from the team
• Create technical roadmaps and documents, that further development and maintenance of standard automation templates
• Participate in internal workshops and meetings and managing technical parts of vendor contracts
• Estimate cost to build and roll-out solution.

By means of your great communication skills, you are able to understand, translate and improve business needs into IT solutions. You likewise possess a strong business process understanding, enabling you to engage in dialogue with your business owners and super users. Further, the ideal candidate has:

• Has a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree supply chain/planning or similar
• Has extensive experience with solution build in ePPDS and/or PPDS in a FMCG industry
• Has experience from similar position either as an Architect or senior consultant
• Is fluent in English in writing and speaking
