Senior Roll Out Manager - Aarhus or Gdansk

About the job

Arla Planning is on an exciting journey. We have several new IT solutions in SAP IBP and SAP ePPDS which we over the coming years will implement on our 60 Dairies and Distribution Centers all over Europe. All with the focus on harmonizing the way Arla works throughout the Planning organization.

 

You will join our Planning Agile Release Train (ART), where you will take up the task as a Roll Out Manager. The objective for the roll out manager is to create, maintain and help to execute a plan for rolling out these different IT solutions to our Dairies and Distribution Centers. Coordinating the work with the sites and the teams developing the solutions as well as neighboring ARTs. Furthermore, also overseeing the change journey these sites have to go through, when receiving and adapting ways of working to a new tool.

 

You will be a success when…

  • You create and maintain a roll out plan for the Dairies and Distribution Centers. Ensuring this is aligned with the individual sites and fits into their agenda as well as our overall agenda.
  • You contribute to create “change material” and to the change journey all individuals at the sites and distribution centers have to go through.
  • You support local teams in the transformation from their current ways of working into new ones.
  • You facilitate meetings with stakeholders.
  • You coordinate all activities to ensure a successful rollout.
  • You ensure follow-up on the roll-out by setting KPI’s, measuring the adoption rate and looking at improvement initiatives.
  • You building roll outs that also ensure anchoring of the solutions.

 

Who are you?

As a roll-out manager, you know how to manage a complex stakeholder network while facilitating motivation at our different sites. Also, your interpersonal skills and ability to follow through makes you a trusted partner to your colleagues. Moreover, we imagine that you:

 

  • Have some years’ experience with project and change management
  • Preferably have experience implementing IT projects
  • Are familiar with agile ways of working
  • Have experience within supply chain / with production facilities (not required)
  • Speak English effortlessly – additional languages, such as Danish, Swedish or German, are a plus
  • Have the ability to travel to sites all over Europe when needed. You will be part of planning these trips, so they fit your personal life.

 

You are a team player with excellent communication. You manage your stakeholders and have a personal drive to succeed – together with your team.
