We are looking for a skilled and experienced solution architect to join a team of 8-10 dedi-cated and motivated colleagues. The PLM team consists of Solution Consultants, Test Managers, Developers, Scrum Master as well as Subject Matter Experts. About the job
You will be part of the PLM team in the M&I release train in Arla IT, where we create and deliver solutions to our colleagues in the business area marketing and innovation.
In your role as Solution Architect, you will be a key player in the team that creates and delivers new solutions and matures the existing system landscape together with colleagues in the team and across Arla IT.
Together with solution architects from other teams, you will be responsible for maturing the solution architectures on various existing solutions as well as new solutions, including integrations between these.
A key part is related to our product lifecycle journey, where you help create modern, global, standardized and scalable solutions.
In product lifecycle management, we are developing a growing solution centered around 3Dexperience Enovia, Technia Value Components utilized with Arla-developed PaaS services and integrations on Microsoft Azure. In addition we are working on an artwork solution and SAP integration.
As a senior solution architect you:
- Have the architecture responsibility within your domain: target architecture, roadmaps, non-functional requirements.
- Set the quality and documentation standard for the domain
- Coordinate with other architects – both in the same train and in other trains
- Have a close collaboration with Operations Service Delivery Team, Release Train Architect and the Enterprise Architect for the area
- Support portfolio creation by providing input to new business ideas (e.g. hypotheses, cost estimates and risk analyses)
- Perform stakeholder management towards relevant business stakeholders
- Participate in new platform evaluations and selections together with Enterprise Architects and Business

In your new team, the M&I Release train, we take care of all phases of system configuration, development and implementation, including enabling of the technical platform for these solutions. Your colleagues are specialists in their individual fields, whether technical or business-oriented.

We work agile with sprints of 3 weeks and your colleagues are typically in the office 3-4 days a week. We come to the office most days as we thrive in each other's company. Who are you?
As we work in an agile set-up, both in teams and across, your collaboration skills are crucial. You strive to get the best out of the collaboration and supporting and helping your colleagues just as they help you when you need it.
You'll work with colleagues with solid technical skills, but you'll also interact with colleagues from other professional backgrounds. It is therefore important that you are able to communicate complex topics in simple terms.
It will be an advantage if you have experience in product lifecycle management and some of the technologies and IT platforms in our landscape, e.g. 3Dexperience, TVC, SAP Master Data, Java, Azure Paas, REST API and message-based integration.
In addition, you probably have:
- A degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or similar
- A solid documented technical background as an IT architect
- A solid understanding of data modelling and data management and modern integrations between systems
- English language skills at business level
