Senior Net Revenue Manager - Aarhus

About the job 

This new role will sit in the European Center of Excellence and spearhead the rollout of Net Revenue Growth Management (NRM) within the Promotion & Trade Terms levers. You will take ownership of the European NRM strategy working with the Head of NRM Europe and the wider commercial excellence team to deliver against the strategy.

As a promo and trade terms lead for NRM, your role will be to lead the agenda as we roll out NRM within these two levers. You will need to manage a high level of complexity and demonstrate the ability to bring multiple parties/functions together as you manage the process across each of the categories delivering against the growth agenda.

 

This is both a strategic role, where you will be involved in rolling out NRM across European markets and be setting the strategy, objectives, and vision for NRM within your levers, as well as an operational role, as you lead the implementation of the plans.

 

As a Senior Net Revenue Manager you will:

  • Set the Promotional and Trade Terms framework & strategy for the European Zone
  • Lead the European rollout of NRM within Promotions & Trade terms in conjunction with the markets
  • Partner with local senior stakeholders to embed NRM processes and ways of thinking into the local markets
  • Establish appropriate routines with markets to deliver against the growth agenda and build capability, thought leadership and best practice across the wider teams
  • Develop cross-functional plans that drive a sustainable balance of volume, price, and mix growth using the outputs from the NRM processes in promotions and trade terms
  • Understand and enable market decisions based on trade-offs between market share, volume, sales, price, mix and profit
  • Help drive joint value creation conversations with our customers by grounding our thinking in driving value for Arla, our customers, and their customers based on shopper insights
  • Partner across the organization leveraging relationships with sales, marketing, supply chain and customer marketing to deliver the transformational program across the organization

 

Who are you?

You are well versed in the demands of a commercial/consumer environment and have a proven track record of delivering commercially oriented strategies, plans, and results. Using your strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, you are a strong communicator with a well-developed set of influencing skills. You have at ten years of experience from a commercial role, preferably in FMCG (within MS&P/NRGM, sales, finance, category or similar) with P&L responsibility. Candidates from a management consulting background or pricing specialists will also be considered. Further, you have:

  • Strong commercial experience and financial acumen as well as understanding of the P&L factors influenced by promotions and trade terms
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Highly numerate with excellent problem-solving skills, you display a growth mindset looking to find and implement solutions
  • Executive presence and ability to influence critical commercial decisions with senior stakeholders covering market leadership teams
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team to align and coordinate internal resources
