Senior Net Revenue Growth Manager - Aarhus

This role spearhead the continued journey of Net Revenue Growth Management (NRM) within Arla Denmark. As our new Senior Net Revenue Growth Manager, you will take ownership of the local NRM strategy, working with the European NRM Center of Excellence and the wider commercial excellence team to deliver against our strategy. Now is an exciting period to be joining our team as we look to anchor and implement NRM into our daily business. Lead NRM in the Danish market

Your role will be to lead the agenda on brand portfolio pricing, price/pack architecture & assortment optimization, as we roll out NRM within the Danish market. You will own the NRM strategy and the ongoing implementation work, for example with regards to developing the methodology and defining future ways of working, as well as supporting the delivery of the NRM analysis and recommendations that enable us to pursue NRM opportunities together with our customers. You will need to manage a high level of complexity as we manage the process across each of our categories delivering against our growth agenda. To be successful, you will – among other - need to demonstrate the ability to bring multiple parties and functions together to deliver against a common goal.


As our Senior Net Revenue Growth Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Define the Danish NRM strategy and lead strategic, financial and contracting processes across the Danish commercial functions to align with targets, utilising the five levers of NRM
  • Partner with local senior stakeholders to embed NRGM ways of thinking and processes into the local market, grounded in an analytical approach
  • Establish appropriate routines with Europe Zone to deliver against the Growth agenda and build capability, thought leadership and best practice across the wider teams
  • Understand and enable market decisions based on a sustainable balance of market share, volume, sales, price, mix and profit
  • Support joint value creation conversations with our customers by grounding our thinking in driving value for Arla, our customers and their customers
  • Train the Arla commercial teams in NRM philosophies, tools and executional tactics to build capability across the wider organisation


About you

To spearhead NRM in Denmark, we are looking for a candidate who is well versed in the demands of a commercial/consumer environment and have a strong track record of delivering results. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to influence and engage efficiently with stakeholders at all levels and across a matrix organization.


Further, we look for candidate who can tick the majority of the boxes:

  • Proven track record of defining and delivering commercially oriented strategies and projects
  • Executive presence and ability to influence critical commercial decisions with senior stakeholders covering market leadership teams
  • Strong commercial experience and financial acumen, an understanding of the P&L the factors driving this, and how to influence and build growth
  • Highly numerate with excellent problem solving skills, you display a growth mindset looking to find and implement solutions
  • Highly independent in thinking and framing problems, combined with a strong can do mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align and coordinate internal resources
  • Strong analytical skills utilising data from various sources to provide insight and clear recommendations to make the correct data led decisions
  • Fluent in Danish and English


We imagine that you have a degree followed by 5-7 years in commercial role (MS&P/NRM, sales, finance, category, or similar) with P&L responsibility understanding of pricing disciplines and tools (strategic pricing, promo, PPA). FMCG or Grocery Retail background is a plus.
