Join the Global People Development team
As part of the Global People Development team, you take lead on the leadership development agenda that helps build the leadership skills necessary to future-proof the Arla business. In Arla, we are on an exciting journey where the focus on upskilling and reskilling has increased significantly in the past years, and will continue to do so. For the right candidate, this position will be an excellent opportunity to utilize your strong leadership development and L&D tool box to design and deliver impactful learning solutions that mirror critical business capabilities.

You can look forward to playing a key role in the massive up- and reskilling agenda that will enable future business success for Arla Foods. All our learning initiatives need to have a clear business purpose and it will be your responsibility to ensure that learning initiatives have positive measurable business outcomes.

As the people development agenda in Arla Foods is extremely important, the position will give you a lot of exposure to multiple stakeholders within and outside the Arla organisation.

The key responsibilities in the position are:

  • Continuous improvement and development of the leadership programmes, in close collaboration with our head of Global People Development.
  • Design and deliver virtual, blended and in-person learning solutions across a wide range of personal development topics (i.e. Project Management, Diversity &Inclusion, team development, etc.).
  • Measure and report on how effectively the learning solutions has been transferred to the participants in the programmes.
  • Supporting the facilitation and delivery of the leadership programmes.
  • People Development partner for our Supply Chain and support functions.


An ambitious, independent and curious person with the capacity to execute and communicate clearly
You have at least 5+ years of leadership development and general L&D experience, preferably from a large global company. In previous roles,  you have utilized your curious mind and creative skills to design and develop impactful learning solutions, applying various learning methods. It is imperative that you understand the business objectives and are able to be pragmatic in your approach, before you design learning solutions. Finally, communicating with business stakeholders in a way that shows your strong business acumen mindset is an essential skill.

As a person, you have a strong drive and naturally takes lead, when it comes to developing high impact learning solutions. At the same time, you acknowledge the value of brining a collaborative approach into the team.  You thrive in an environment where you need to manage multiple situations at once and stay on top of your tasks even though the pace may be high and the deadlines short.


Finally, We expect that you are fluent in English, have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable with digital tools, as most learning offerings are delivered online or partly online.
