If so, this position as a Senior Key Account Professional may be the opportunity for you.  The customers your support will mainly be located in greater Copenhagen, which is why we are proposing a hybrid solution where your daily routine will be a mix of office, home, and visiting customers.

 

How you will make an impact

As our new Senior Key Account Professional for Full Service Restaurants (FSR) your overall responsibility will be to drive incremental sales and ensure profitable growth. To succeed in this role, it’s important that we win together with our customers, thus it’s important to secure a high customer satisfaction and long-lasting relations.

 

More specifically, you will:

  • Act as point of contact for a number of FSR & Lodging chains and ensure our commercial relation is optimized through managing internal operations
  • Have the operational responsibility of managing and following up on commercial activities
  • Work closely with marketing, field sales and wholesaler KAM to drive sales
  • Drive the sustainability and digital agenda with your customers
  • Build strong relations with buyers and decision makers at corporate and tactical level

 

You will join a dedicated group of sales and marketing professionals who create the basis for our brands and partner brands. The role reports directly to Senior Sales Manager, Jacob Rahbek Nielsen.

 

What will make you successful

  • We imagine you have a minimum 4 years of experience as Key Account Manager in a national or international FMCG company with well-known brands.
  • Ideally, you have Foodservice or on-trade experience, but retail experience is also considered as valuable. The bottom-line is that these experiences have given you theskills to manage key accounts.
  • You are a relation driven person with strong communications skills at all levels
  • You are known for your positive mindset and can-do attitude
  • On your way, you will meet both chefs and culinary experts, why a background from this or interest for food, will help you on a daily basis
  • As you are working in the Danish market, it’s a requirement that you are fluent in Danish.

 

The job requires travelling across Denmark and you should expect estimated 70/30 for office/home office and travelling to your customers.
