In Arla Foods, HR Business Partners are situated in the unique intersection between the HR function and the relevant business functions that they are supporting. HR Business Partners are part of an incredibly strong team of HR business partner team with great colleagues and re-sources for sparring and support, and at the same time an integrated partner to a dedicated business area where they are part of the senior leadership teams.

For this role, you will be Senior HR Business Partner to the Danish Logistics organization of al-most 1,500 colleagues and you will become part of the Danish Logistics leadership team. Additionally, you will be supporting the global Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation team and have the opportunity to influence the excellence and transformational agenda of Arla Foods’ supply chain. As the Senior HR Business Partner for such a broad and impactful agenda, you will need to demonstrate the ability to work strategically with the leadership teams to develop the organization.

More about the role

You are expected to quickly build a solid understanding of the business and translate your in-sights into organizational solutions and development activities. You will be responsible for implementing and anchoring the key HR processes throughout the organization - and function as a guardian of HR excellence. 

The HR Business Partner organization receives operational HR support from a shared service centre, and on the operational level your role will be to guide and help the line managers to-wards the right solutions within recruitment, training etc. Overall, you will to a large extent shape your own job and significantly influence the HR function with your initiative and drive.

You can look forward to having a very central role with a great amount of independence and flexibility while also having the opportunity to engage with colleagues across many countries in Arla Foods.

You should expect some travelling around Denmark to visit our Logistics centers especially during your onboarding period. Once you are fully onboarded into the role, travelling will be less, it will be more case / project dependent, and it is not expected to be more than 2-3 days per month.

About you

You hold a master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or an equivalent discipline. You have 4-5 years of experience in working with HR and organizational development, including experience in facilitating annual processes and driving strategic HR pro-jects. Most likely, you have been employed as an HR Business Partner, Management Consultant or in a similar position and ideally you have experience with working with global teams.

Besides an outgoing personality you have a lot of drive and energy and are eager to create results. In addition, you can analyze complex matters and translate them into well-structured and executable solutions. With an attention to details, you are able to take full ownership of organizational changes and people related matters.

You are result-oriented and not afraid of taking a stand on behalf of HR. You thrive in an environment with a lot of varying tasks. You have a keen interest in organization, business and people, and you can build strong and trusted relations with many stakeholders.
