Collaborate with top-tier global brands, markets, product managers and supply chain within Arla's Global Product Management department. How you will make an impact
The overall aim of this job is to take the drive and strengthen our Arla SKU Management process  and ensure continuous improvement.  Furthermore, the key responsibilities will be:

• Lead SKU Management Process.
• Ensure compliance to process across Arla, reporting, communication, and lead of SKU mgt. expert team.

• Business Development by driving and supporting cross-functional projects and initiatives for the GPM lead team.
• Provide daily support in both strategic planning and operational execution.
• Drive Process Excellence within GPM by developing process descriptions, establish ownership, and create a structure for continuous improvements.

What will make you successful

Your level of drive lies far above average, and you get your energy from engaging with stakeholders throughout the organization and is capable of both setting clear direction and building commitment. The ideal candidate will have:

• Educational background at a M.Sc. level, preferably business or finance.
• 3-5 years or more of relevant industry experience from a large FMCG company like Arla or strategy consulting experience from a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Excellent ability to analyze and break down complex challenges to clear recommendations.
• Strong leadership, project management skills and presentation skills, both verbally, and in writing, including PowerPoint.
