Senior Global Channel Development Manager - Aarhus/Copenhagen

About the job

We are on a journey to build strong presence in beverage category with our brands. Therefore, you will have a chance to play a central role in shaping portfolio,  create strategies and tools to gain fare share in existing and new channels.

You will be responsible for establishing a strong channel growth strategy including key activity plans and toolbox by channel. This entails that you will work on:

 

  • Strategy and execution guidelines defining right Brand/Pack/Price/Placement/Promo by channel, including significant focus on Net Revenue Management
  • Define most efficient ways to activate brands according to channel specific
  • Create toolkits that markets can use most efficiently with minimum adaptation as well as provide the “picture of success”
  • Build capabilities and work closely with Markets as well as global Marketing, Innovation and Commercial teams

 

Solid commercial background and experience in working with branded beverages


You are an experience commercial marketer with strong business acumen skills. You have a track record of successful projects in portfolio and/or net revenue management, channel development and trade marketing which delivered growth and made a positive change for the business.

 

You have a background working in FMCG, preferably non-alcoholic beverage or you are bringing relevant experience from one of the leading global research and analytics agencies working with beverage categories. Ideally you have experience working both locally and globally.

 

Who are you?

You are strategic thinker and capable to turn strategy into action plan. You are motivated and result-oriented. Bbuilding strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and navigating in global matrix  organization comes naturally to you. 

  • You have a master’s degree in marketing or commercial field
  • You have minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience from an FMCG company and min 3 years of experience in customer and shopper marketing or relevant field in research agency - preferably within beverages
  • You have an experience working with different types of channels and you know channel specifics and requirements. International experience is very much appreciated
  • You are fluent in English
