Senior Global Brand Manager - Starbucks Licensed Business - Aarhus

Responsibility for brand growth strategy, planning, development and execution of global brand activation toolboxes
You will join the Milk Based Beverage brand team at Arla’s headquarters in Aarhus, where you will lead a team of 4 and, in close collaboration with our license partners, will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic growth plans for the brand, as well as development of the global communication and activation toolboxes. You will drive and follow up on brand performance, Innovation launches, continuously work on optimization of global toolboxes covering all channels, as well as shaping brand portfolio to ensure effectiveness and high ROI:

  • Bring to life brand growth strategy across all Starbucks RTD platforms in cooperation with our license partners and securing strong alignment across key markets and stakeholders
  • Define annual global brand plans ensuring alignment across all key stakeholders
  • Drive total Starbucks performance across markets by implementing our global strategy, securing strong buy-in, alignment and ambitious brand plans
  • Develop strong 360 global toolboxes for current brand platforms and innovations
  • Work closely with innovation to ensure strong execution of new launches 
  • Work in close collaboration with commercial team and markets to secure ambitious and healthy top and bottom line brand growth


Solid commercial background and experience in working with branded beverages
You are an experience brand marketer with strong business acumen skills. You have a track record of successful communication and activation development that have delivered growth and makes a positive change for the business. You are strategic thinker with a strong commercial and brand building capabilities. You have experience with building brands and executing innovations from both a consumer, shopper and customer perspective.

You are result-oriented, motivating and inspiring leader. In line with this, building strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and navigating in global matrix  organization comes naturally to you. 

You have a background working with global FMCG brands. Ideally you have experience working both locally and globally. Equally important, you speak and write English fluently.
