Senior Global Brand Manager, Starbucks Licensed Business - Aarhus

Join the Global Beverage team of passionate and highly motivated marketers striving to deliver growth across our portfolio of beverage brands in ARLA.  

 

As head of our Starbucks®, you will be responsible for executing our brand strategy, growing our EMEA RTD business, planning, developing and executing the global brand activation toolkits.

 

You will join our Global Category and Brands team at Arla’s headquarters in Aarhus, where you will lead a team of 5 professional and energetic Global Brand Managers. Working in close collaboration with our license partners. And together with your team you will:

  • Build brand equity for our RTD brand
  • Bring to life the brand strategy across all Starbucks RTD platforms in cooperation with our license partners and secure alignment across key markets and stakeholders
  • Set direction and drive the annual global brand plans ensuring alignment and support across all key stakeholders and markets
  • Drive the overall Starbucks RTD ® performance across markets
  • Drive our overall communication and media strategy
  • Support and execute new global brand campaigns
  • Develop 360 global toolkits for across platforms and innovations
  • Work closely with our category and innovation team, to ensure brilliant execution of new launches as well as a winning innovation pipeline
  • Work in close collaboration with our global commercial teams to secure ambitious and healthy top and bottom line brand growth
     

Rock solid commercial background and experience in working with brands
You are an experienced brand marketer with strong commercial experience. You have a track record of successful communication and activation development that results in growth and has a positive impact in the business. You are strategic thinker with solid analytical capabilities and bias for action. You have experience with building brands and executing innovations, with deep understanding of consumers, shoppers and customers.

You are a result-oriented, motivating and inspiring leader, able to build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Navigating in a global matrix  organization comes naturally to you. 

 

You have a background working with global FMCG brands. Ideally you have experience working both locally and globally. Equally important, you speak and write English fluently.
