Senior Digital Development Lead, The barn - Aarhus

We are seeking an IT wizard and innovative individual, to join the barn as our new Snr. Digital Development Lead. It’s a new position established in the barn, where you will be the mastermind behind our operational IT systems and responsible for driving their success.  

 

How will you make an impact

You will join the Agency Operations department and report into our Head of Agency Operations. You will step into a central position, as you will be the overall responsible for the barns system landscape and our digital workflows. You can connect the dots and see how to streamline and optimize systems, processes and workflows in the barn. You will be working with several teams in the barn, across Production, Creative, Project Management, Account Management and Digital Development Team etc.

 

You will be the product owner of several cool barn agency IT systems, and you will be responsible for selecting, prioritizing and driving solutions that solve our business problems. You will be working together with stakeholders across teams in the barn and also within Arla IT. Product Ownership examples;

 

  • Product owner for our agency project management software (Workbook), making sure we continuously optimize and develop how we work with the system.
  • Product owner for our marketing automation system (StoryTeq), enabling us to work efficiently with our internal marketing flows, such as asset handling.
  • Responsible for optimizing our operational MAC setup, enabling us to work efficiently across teams with the right hardware and software.
  • Product owner for our media asset management system, Elements.

 

How will you be a success
 

Most importantly: You offer in-depth experience in product ownership or technical project management, and you are an excellent communicator who can translate complex technical jargon into simple, understandable language for your stakeholders in the barn.  Furthermore, you have;

  • Experience with software configuration and implementation in an agile setup, preferably involving workflow systems and integrations
  • Experience with either agency operations, marketing, digital media or similar consulting-based services - so that you can identify and/or scope optimization possibilities
  • Able to always keep a strict focus on project priorities, securing both high business value and great user experiences.
  • Broad general understanding of enterprise IT. You don’t need detailed technical knowledge, but you should quickly be able to understand a large IT organization and its complex systems, to foresee where problems will arise, who to involve and what to do to overcome these issues. 
  • Will thrive in a changing organization with many stakeholders and changing requirements. You can understand these dynamics and identify and communicate with relevant people to get their input and get them onboard with the priorities. 
  • Experience working in an agile development environment, testing practices and basic scrum methodology
  • Strong English skills – verbally and in writing.
