Join the Global People Development team


Reporting straight to the head of the Global People Development team, you take lead on the talent management and development agenda that helps build the future pipeline of leaders in Arla. We are on an exciting journey with a new strategy coming up, where the focus on people and talent development will be significant. Especially, the focus will be on strengthening the broader career management agenda across Arla, in order to unleash the full potential of our many talented colleagues.

You can look forward to playing a key role in the ambitious talent agenda at Arla Foods, where you will have the opportunity to help enable all employees at the company to move forward in their careers by designing and developing structures and activities that enable their continuous growth.

 

As the talent development agenda in Arla Foods is extremely important, the position will give you a lot of exposure to multiple senior stakeholders within and outside the Arla organisation.

 

The key responsibilities in the position are:

 

  • Design, develop and execute a roadmap with specific activities for broader career management in close collaboration with one of our F15 Graduates.
  • Create visibility and clear communication around our many career opportunities to clearly showcase the growth culture that Arla offers to all colleagues.
  • Delivering talent development activities for our Group Talents, such as Talent Summit, Talent workshops, Network Groups, etc.
  • Continuous updates and sparring with our Talent Acquisition team on internal roles and movement.

 

An ambitious, independent and curious person with strong execution and communication skills

 

You have 3-5+ years of talent management/development experience, preferably from a large global company. A background within talent acquisition could also be a relevant pathway into this role.

 

As a person, you have a strong drive and naturally takes lead, while at the same acknowledging the value of bringing a collaborative approach into the team.  You thrive in an environment where you need to manage multiple situations at once and stay on top of your tasks even though the pace may be high and the deadlines short. Finally, We expect that you are fluent in English, have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable with digital tools.

 

The role is a maternity cover, and you will thus segway into another role approximately around January 2023.
