Senior Business Change Manager

Join us in Viby J – or any other Arla office in the world, depending on your residence – in this exciting project position that will last until December 2021.

 

About the job

Our overall goal is to enable fact-based decision-making within our distribution and warehousing processes in Central Europe. We will do so by creating complete transparency in our cost to serve and a front-end solution with full focus on user friendly value creation functionalities.

 

We have an incredible team of about 30 people, including finance, IT and business specialists as well as our Director of Logistics Finance, SVP and Head of Logistics, dedicated to making this mission a success – but to get there, we also need the support and involvement of a large and diverse group of stakeholders within the organisation. This is where you come into the picture.

 

With the responsibility of driving and anchoring change together with our Director of Logistics Finance, you will:

 

  • Explore our logistics set-up and data as well as our project road map to pinpoint important stakeholders
  • Develop appropriate engagement, ownership and onboarding strategies and tools – be it meetings, internal marketing materials or anything else you find relevant
  • Build relations with relevant stakeholders and take part in executing buy-in strategies
  • Monitor distribution, warehousing and finance processes to ensure qualitative development, implementation and anchoring throughout the stakeholder map

 

Who are you?

This is a position where the right people skills, communication skills and strategic thinking is the key to success. It is important that you know exactly how to get up close and personal with anyone from warehouse managers to key account managers across geographical borders and seniority levels.

 

It is likewise necessary that you are capable of structuring processes in a complex multifaceted project without losing track of deadlines, and that you are ready to roll up your sleeves to get things executed. Furthermore, you:

 

  • Have multiple years of experience with change and stakeholder management and preferably also knowledge of the ADKAR model
  • May have experience within logistics or warehousing, but we are open to experience within communication, HR, organisational psychology and other areas
  • Are fluent in English both written and spoken
