You will be a part of the Business Process Project Management team working with development of project management and improvement of business processes within AFI” says Senior Manager Margit Lentz Adsersen.

About the job

You will be leading projects on improving cross functional business processes. Also you will influence the maintenance and further development of the project management skills across the organization through collaboration with project managers in other areas of the AFI business. You will work with stakeholders throughout various Arla Foods Ingredients teams, such as Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Business Development and Arla Foods amba, to help develop and deliver on the projects you are leading.

 Your tasks will be to:

• Lead cross functional projects within the field of business processes
• Contribute to business process development across AFI in the areas of project, program and portfolio management
• Work closely with the project team members to enable progress and alignment
• Direct the maintenance and development of project management models and tools
• Direct expertise and support towards project managers in the use of Project management tools for high quality project execution

Who are you?

As an ambitious project manager, you have a passion for delivering sustainable business improvements. Your strategic mindset, combined with your project management experience and stakeholder management skills, enables you to independently lead projects and engage all relevant stakeholders effectively. With a Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in business process development, preferably within the food or pharma industry, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the table.

You are highly organized and excel in planning and executing initiatives in collaboration with others, demonstrating exceptional project management skills. You thrive as a team player, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a project environment. Your holistic and positive mindset, knowledge of change management within projects, and solid facilitation skills for leading meetings and workshops make you a valuable asset. Your strong communication abilities, coupled with proficiency in IT tools such as Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate, further enhance your capabilities.

Additionally, you are fluent in English.
