Product Owner E2E Planning, Viby J

As a Product Owner in the End2End Planning team, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the development of Planning solutions that align with our strategic goals and deliver value to end-users. You will be part of the E2E Planning team and report to the Product Manager of the Planning Agile Release train.

“In this role as Producti Owner you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure that our planning solutions are well-designed, reliable, and meet business requirements. You will act as the bridge between the technical team and the business, making sure that the planning solutions are continuously improved and optimized based on user feedback and evolving needs,” says Stine Sørensen.

How you will make an impact

As our new Product Owner you will define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the E2E Planning goals and needs in close collaboration with the PM and business owners.

Additionally, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Leading the team, ensuring that they are enabled to deliver on the objectives
• Managing the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and strategic goals in close collaboration with business owners and work with the team to plan and execute the work.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and priorities.
• Continuously monitor and analyse product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the product.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new insights into the product development process.

What will make you successful

You have experience in a related role with strong stakeholder management skills and with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

In addition:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• You have strong communication and leadership skills, having the ability to enable and set direction for the team
• You have proven experience in the role as Product Owner and with agile wow
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to define and prioritize product features based on business value and customer needs.
