Product Data Coordinator, Innovation - Viby, Aarhus

As Product Data Coordinator for the Arla Denmark Innovation team, you will be the solid rock who ensures that all processes around products run smoothly to the satisfaction of our clients and internal stakeholders. In return, this job will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain solid business understanding, understanding of Arla´s processes and Ways of Working, and build a strong network across Arla´s large matrix organization. 

 

 

About the job 

Arla DK has strong growth ambitions and we are constantly optimizing our product platform in order to satisfy the market needs. Now the ADK Innovation team is looking for a new team member to assist our Product Data Manager. As our Product Data Coordinator, your main focus will be to support our Product Managers in the Masterdata creation process and drive our Masterdata follow-up process to ensure correct data on time in full on all new product launches.

 

You will have a coordinating role in many activities and a broad range of contacts in Sales, Planning, Supply Chain and IT when handling requests and solving concerns. Your timely delivery and accuracy guarantee a high degree of stakeholder satisfaction. You will be responsible for correct and valid product data in various systems in due time for our customers and internally in relation to product launches.

 

An important task will also be to support our Product Data Manager in improving understanding of Masterdata flow and data in general throughout the organization and provide continuously knowledge sharing within the Masterdata area.

Furthermore you will be the go-to person for our student assistants in their daily work with Masterdata and you will be the point of contact between GS1 (a worldwide standardization organization) and Arla when it comes to our collaboration.

 

More specifically, you will be:

  • Facilitating weekly follow-up meetings with Product Managers to support on Masterdata creation.
  • Lead follow-up meetings with Planning and Business Unit Coordinators according to pre-launch follow-up process
  • Support and guide Product Information Management (PIM) users in their daily work in the PIM system
  • Help PIM users report system errors, create IT tickets and be sparring partner between system developers and the organization
  • Support and guide student assistants/Product Managers in their daily work with GS1Trade Exact
  • Support and guide all stakeholders when it comes to GS1 standards and Ways of Working
  • Challenge and optimize processes and Ways of Working in collaboration with Product Data Manager
  • Drive and participate in optimization task and projects
  • Handling ad hoc administrative and follow-up tasks 

 

 

Who are you?

We imagine that the right candidate for this position is a structured and accurate person, who will take pride in owning the product data processes and the ongoing maintenance of the data. You may have experience with product data but could also bring experience from other coordinator or support roles. Regardless, it characterises your work that you never compromise on quality and timely delivery, even when the pace is high. Finally, you speak and write English fluently, and fluent Danish would be a strong advantage for this position.
