Master Data Specialist - with focus on spare parts - Aarhus

Are you the kind of person that cannot help creating order around you? Do you want to use this gift in an exciting mix of operational and developmental tasks as you improve not only the state of our master data but also our processes?

As the focus on spare parts has increased, so has the importance of clean and correct master data. This is where you come in.

“You will be truly valuable to us because the success of our procurement and the smoothness of replacing our spare parts hinge on the quality of our master data,” says Senior Procurement Manager Agnieszka Swistak.

About the job

In close collaboration with our current procurement master data specialist, you will act as a gatekeeper of our procurement master data.

This means, that you will receive requests for creating and extending spare parts from our different maintenance sites in Scandinavia and the UK on a daily basis. Your task is to review and validate these requests, spread awareness about our processes among your colleagues in maintenance and support them in filling out request templates.

It will also be your responsibility to:

  • Clean the master data and support the continuous improvement of data quality
  • Work closely with our category managers on the current spare parts overview to support procurement initiatives
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional optimization projects and process automation and optimization projects with the master data team

Who are you?

You twitch when even the smallest details are off. Even though you love to bury yourself in the specifics, you are still able to see things from others’ point of view and have an open-minded approach to your colleagues – no matter how easily they comply with our procedures.

Furthermore, you have an improvement mindset and naturally look for ways to cut corners without ever compromising the quality of your work.

Professionally, we imagine that you have:

  • A technical education, perhaps within the site maintenance and repair areas
  • A few years of experience working with spare parts and the technical savvy needed to read drawings and validate materials
  • A few years of experience working with master data, perhaps as a master data manager or specialist
  • Experience working within an international production setup

What do we offer?

Joining our office in Viby, Denmark, you can look forward to working in a multicultural environment, as you will join Procurement Services – a department where most of the team works out from Gdansk, Poland. The geographical distance may be big, but because we eagerly help each other out, your colleagues abroad are never further than a Teams-message away.

“We benefit from a culture where there is always room to challenge and discuss our setup and ideas. This constantly adds to the value of the solutions that we develop,” Agnieszka Swistak continues.

We’re committed to professional development and promoting from within. Our positive and collaborative culture will bring out the best in you. And you’ll join a market leader who produces nutritious household-favourite brands in a way that makes things better for our customers, the farmers who own us, and the whole world.
