People Manager and Business Change Manager for Analytics Powerhouse - Viby

About the job 
As Business Change Management (BCM) in Analytics Powerhouse, you will  
•    Be People Manager for a group of highly engaged and ambitious people  
•    Be responsible for improving Arla colleague’s engagement in becoming more data driven and for utilizing analytical opportunities 
•    Ensure Arla colleagues understand what it takes to ‘threat data as an asset’ and that we have proper roles and processes to do so 
•    Responsible for planning and execution of BCM activities in alignment with IT Strategy 
•    Prepare Arla leaders for their role in leading the change 
•    Lead, coach and inspire your employees and other’s working on this change journey and support your employees in their development 
•    Participate in Arla IT’s BCM Communities to spar with colleagues and improve the BCM discipline within Arla IT. 

 

Who are you? 
In this role, you will make good use of your strong communication and relationship building skills. At the same time, and because you will be collaborating across the Arla organisation, you will need to be skilled in influencing, communicating and working effectively with all levels in the organisation.  
 
Moreover, you: 
•    Bring at least 3-5 years of experience from a similar role within change management  
•    Are an experienced people manager or have great aspirations for becoming a people manager  
•    Have good IT understanding 
•    It will be an advantage if you have experience with Data & Analytics and with working agile 
•    You will join an international team working across borders, so fluency in English is a pre-requisite, and experience from working in a multicultural company is an advantage. 
•    You have a master’s degree or equivalent within IT, Communication, Business Economics or other similar study areas
