About the Job
We are looking for an ambitious and talented individual to work on key Net Revenue Management (NRM) business reporting and analysis, supporting the market lead for NRM whilst leveraging close working relationships with the Sales, Marketing, Category and commercial Finance teams.


The NRM team is accountable, supported by the Sales and Marketing teams, for improving price realisation, optimising trade spend and promotional effectiveness. Success will be defined as NRM initiatives having a demonstrable and sustainable positive impact on the P&L of the business.

In this role, you will

  • Build on and populate a suite of NRM specific tools, which will be the foundation of the NRM plan. You will use the outputs with the NRM and wider teams to generate initial insight and directions, e.g. profit pool, price curves and price ladders and assortment analysis
  • Establish management information and reporting solutions that provide visibility of progress versus NRM plan and KPIs, which is delivered in regular updates to the DK leadership team as well as the DK sales & marketing leadership teams. You will design and maintain an appropriate suite of reports that can guide the commercial teams and be used as the basis for financial targets and monthly NRM reporting to help budget owners feel and demonstrate real accountability for delivery
  • Support on initiatives that deliver against business, brand and customer targets
  • Support the Senior Managers in market and the European team with their priorities and ad hoc projects or tasks


Who are you?

You have a strong eye for detail and demonstrate the ability to spot anomalies and patterns in data. You are comfortable with large and complex data sets and experienced in turning data into actionable insights, and not least; your strong presentation and communication skills enables you to communicate insights and recommendations to a wider team.


You have a university degree in business, finance or similar, strong IT skills (preferably well versed with the Nielsen system), and possess a thorough understanding of the demands in a commercial/consumer environment, as you have a few years of experience from a commercial role - NRM, sales, finance, category or similar with P&L knowledge and knowledge of pricing disciplines and tools.


Finally, your pragmatism, sense of urgency and “can do” attitude ensuring that you don´t get stock with details.
