The Market Intelligence Manager function is newly shaped in AFI, and you now have the opportunity to join either Strategic Business Unit Food or Strategic Business Unit Health & Performance Nutrition in our global HQ in Aarhus.

About the job

As Market Intelligence Manager you report directly to the Business Unit Director, you handle market intelligence, structuring, analysing and presenting data to key internal stakeholders. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Lead on process and structure of strategic analysis and collection of business insights within strategic business unit

• Lead on strategy and business plan follow up and development of business cases within strategic business unit

• Lead on business unit competitor analysis

• Management support on strategic projects and tasks

• Challenge processes and practices identifying opportunities for continues improvements

• Conduct market research to analyze the viability of business opportunities

• Pipeline analysis


Who are you?

You hold a Master degree and can present excellent project management skills. Furthermore, you have several years of experience with strategic analysis of market opportunities and driving processes in a structured and professional manner. You work seamlessly with Excel and PowerPoint and have strong written and verbal English skills.


You have a strong analytical, strategic and commercial mindset and are motivated by collecting, understanding and analysing data to make it contribute to the growth of the business. You approach your tasks with a natural self-propelled drive and structure. You understand the importance of excellent stakeholder management and engagement of all the resources in the organisation. You are able to balance the holistic overview with insights of details to secure strong execution of tasks and effective use of your time.
