Line Producer, The Barn - Aarhus

The Barn. What is it?

 

Our in-house agency – The Barn – was established in 2019 to help our global and local brands win in a world of increasing media complexity. Today, we have strong teams specializing in campaign development and content production. We work interdisciplinary, we are curious, data driven, and result oriented. You’ll be working alongside specialists within production as well as other nice colleagues in strategy, planning, media buying, data analysis, tech and creative development.

 

It’s a hands-on kind of job

 

As a Line Producer you’ll play a key role in producing content in collaboration with our Producers. You’ll be assisting in running productions from early concept to final delivery. You’ll do the scheduling, the booking, the talent hunting. And you’ll be the one person on set who can help turn “oops” into “no problem”. The production crew will turn to you to take action in heated moments on set - so you do. Being structured and super practical is pretty key in this job, but so is being flexible.

 

  • Manage time & schedules: Estimate costs and manage shoot budgets. Build production schedules and manage the day-to-day operations of shoots. Manage procedures, production workflows, to ensure creative quality is met and projects are delivered on time and in full.
  • Assist from A-Z: Assist on production of branded content from early concept approval through pre-production, production and postproduction phases to final approval.
  • Connect with stakeholders: Work with creatives, media buyers, and strategists to clarify content requirements and ensure optimal formats for projects are produced in the smartest way.
  • Collaborate: Work with Project Managers and Account Managers in managing and allocating resources as well as internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Be on brand: Ensure brand guidelines and TOV is represented accordingly in the creation and approval of content.

Can you tick off the below?

 

You have +5 years of experience across multi-disciplinary campaigns (digital and film). You are able to manage production plans and projects from beginning to end and know what to expect and what to do next at any given point during a production. You’re a problem solver who knows every detail of any given project – while keeping all stakeholders informed and advised throughout the process. A go-doer, you could say.

 

As a person we expect you to be, well, first of all nice. Secondly, having excellent communication skills in English is needed, and we need you to be comfortable with presentations and close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.
